IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

Where is The Concert In The Garden located? All Saints Fourways, 31 Richard Rd, Kengies, Sandton, 2055

Can I buy tickets at the gates? There will be NO tickets available at the door. To avoid disappointment, please check our concert schedules (artists, day, time through www.quicket.co.za). See link on website also.

Where do I park? All tickets to The Concert in the Garden are unreserved parking spaces. There is limited parking available on-site, attendees are encouraged to carpool and use e-hailing services  e.g. Uber on the day. As with all unreserved parking events, the earlier you get there the more prime a position you can secure for yourself, your family, and friends.

What time do gates open? Gates open at 11h30 on the 30th of April.

Can I bring the kids? Yes, this is a family-friendly festival. There will be a designated kiddies area.

Can I bring my own picnic basket/pizza/snacks/drinks? No, The Concert in the Garden will have refreshments available for purchase on-site as well as a beer garden. Please bring picnic blankets and chairs only.

Can I purchase using cash or a card? Yes, refreshments will be on sale. The concert is CASHLESS however debit/credit cards are accepted.

Must I bring cash / Will you have ATMs on-site? The concert is CASHLESS, thus no cash. Debit/Credit Card purchases will be allowed. We have done our best to avoid cash transactions at the concert in the interests of minimizing contact and COVID-19 health and safety.

Do I have to pay for parking? Offsite parking will be available at a cost.

Can I bring my pet to the event? Nope. We love pets, but in a public space it just gets awkward, so please leave your pets at home.

Can I bring my camera? Yes, take as many photos as you like and share your selfies with us before and during the event on social media.

What happens if it rains? Nobody likes to rain on their parade! As this is an outdoor event, The Concert in the Garden is subject to the elements and will go ahead in most weather conditions, including lightning, intermittent or potential rain, and wind. Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on the day and acknowledge that tickets are non-refundable in the event of adverse weather. A cancellation will only be considered if the conditions present a danger to patrons or staff and will be communicated to all ticket holders. If the event is canceled, you will be issued complimentary tickets for a future event. All tickets are subject to our full terms and conditions available at the time of purchase and our wet weather and cancellation policy.  

Covid-19 Protocols: What Covid-19 health and safety precautions are in place on-site? Attendees are advised to wear their masks correctly by covering their mouth and nose, sanitise regularly at any of the strategically positioned sanitizing stations, or wash your hands frequently with soap and water when you visit the bathroom facilities, practice physical distancing by standing at least 2 meters apart from other attendees. Please ensure that you adhere to these regulations at all times while at The Concert in the Garden.

  1. General Access: R300pp (Kids under 12 free). Bring picnic blankets and chairs. No cooler boxes or food will be allowed!
  2. VIP Tickets (Limited): R1050 for 2. The rate Includes 2 concert tickets, 1 X parking ticket inside the venue, a gourmet picnic basket for 2 that includes snacks, a wine bottle and seating in the VIP area.
  3. Kiddies area is free to U12
