Stall Holder Fees: R200 per stall (standard stall space 3m x 3m, no sharing, table and table cloth included, please bring own Gazebo).

Included in the stall fee is Entry for *2 people for Non-Food Stalls. Tickets must be purchased for additional staff (no exceptions).
All stallholders must arrive for setup between 07h00 and 8h30 on the day, (vehicles parked and secured by 11am).
DO NOT start setting up your stall without first reporting to a market co-ordinator, we will relocate any market stalls attempting to/ or set up in any area other than the area designated by a market co-ordinator.
Minimum trading hours: Sat- 10h30 till 18h00. All market stalls must be open for trade between these hours (minimum).
Non-food stall allocated space is 3m x 3m. All applications for a larger space must be submitted in writing (provide details for what the extra space is used for).
Extra costs for larger than allocated space is as follows: R40/extra sqm of NON-food stall
Stallholders are responsible for the security of their own equipment. Concert in the Park is not liable for any equipment, which has been lost, stolen or damaged during the festival.
Bump out /Strike Out begins at approximately on the day 18h30 till 19h00 (don’t forget to wait until the music stops and security has cleared all attendees)
If your application is successful you will be invoiced for payment by 10 August 2022. Payment must be received in FULL by the 25 August, 2022.
